Identity - Relationship - Purpose

We can't tell our story without our three core values. Established in January of 2019, we started gathering with a little different perspective. Who we are begins in who God is. Who we are is established in our original creation as image bearers of the One true God. Who we are is foundational to everything else. Identity is where everything needs to start, and yet many don't seem to really know who they are. We exist to help people discover who they are through a relationship with God through Jesus, our only access to the Father (John 14:6). We believe that, if we are made in God's image (Genesis 1:26-27), we cannot truly know who we are without first knowing who He is.

This, of course, establishes our second value of relationship. To get to know anyone, we need to develop relationship with them. Jesus came so that we could know God on a personal level (John14:8-11, John 1:18). It is through knowing God that we can gain a deeper understanding of ourselves as well. However, as stated above, we are all made in God's image, and yet entirely unique. Therefore, it stands to reason that through relationship with one another we can gain a deeper understanding of who God is as well. Through this cycle of getting to know God through our relationship with Him and with others and then also gaining a deeper understanding of ourselves, we learn something very powerful.

Through relationship with God and others, we gain a deeper understanding of who God is and who we are, leading us to discover purpose. Each adn every living person was created with a God-given purpose (Jeremiah 1:4-5).  We are here for a reason and not some cosmic accident or result of random reactions and processes. In other words: YOU MATTER! You are important. You are valuable. You are important. You are loved. So what's the bottom line?

We exist to help people discover who God is and who they are through relationship with both God and others to discover and live out their purpose. And then, through living out that purpose, experience abundant life

(John 10:10).  God loves you, and so do we. So our Gatherings are designed around these values, allowing for everyone to grow in their identity and relationships with others. No matter how many people may be here, there's STILL ROOM for you!
